Very courteous and helpful shop. The best Midas I've ever been to and most are so much into taking advantage of people, I stopped being a customer...but then I had an emergency. The Assistant Manager at this location goes above and beyond EVERY time!! He is so caring, personal, and attentive to the needs of the vehicle and owner alike, most importantly he is trustworthy! I am a faithful customer now.

I've been bringing my cars here for a few years and have had a very positive experience. They make recommendations for the ideal solution but also offer alternatives based on circumstances. I recently brought our SUV in for an inspection and to be diagnosed for some transmission concerns. I let them know I was on the fence as to whether I should keep the car or trade it in for something newer depending on what they found. Without asking they performed a comprehensive inspection of the vehicle (at no additional cost) to give me a full scope of what it would need. They recommended I should get a new vehicle instead of putting the money into this one which is obviously not to their benefit. I appreciate the honestly and will certainly continue to bring our cars there for anything we need

Had 2 bad experiences on separate service. first they pinched a CV boot doing a wheel bearing and said tough luck after it flung all the grease out over the next few hundred miles. Per a second shop from more recent work, they likely snapped a bolt during this work (not blaming them for that, rust is a fact of life here) but replaced it with an improper size that ended up causing issues. Second they lost my owners manual after consulting it for a cabin filter change. They didn't even finish doing the cabin filter as I found the cover in the glove box (where the manual was supposed to be).

I love employees at my dealership. They made mistakes & it cost them to repair those. I had my regular free multipoint inspection which U get multiple pages of results. A brand new service advisor so I asked multiple questions about results that I watched the technician place on desk. She never even looked at it. Merley saying yes, they are perfect etc. I called her out on it. As she was blatantly lying to my face. I received a large estimate to repair my 2 yr old exhaust. Told I had 2 holes. A huge one,(hands mimicking 🕳 size so big) the 2nd one wasn't as bad but I wouldn't pass inspection. I am reviewing my inspection printout that states I am all set to pass inspection 100%. It goes on. Well I spoke to Lori the service advisor at Midas. Lori is very nice & upfront. My car goes in & we c
