The team here are so nice and they showed me everything that needed repaired. I will be bringing my truck back. Dillon, Ashley and Butch we're all great and very professional. And you should see their spider plant 🪴 Ashley takes very good care of it.

First time coming here and i definitely would come back again. The service is quick and the customer service is top tier. Thanks to LUCAS the mechanic he made sure my car was fixed just in time before work.

Had an appointment at noon for an alignment. It was done at 1:42. When I left the car pulled to the right. So I went back. The second time I left it pulled to the left. Since they closed at 3. They tried one more time. And said they got it as straight as the could. I left, the car is pulling to the right again. Won't be going back there. And don't recommend for anyone else to.

My name is David and I work with Midas as a vendor. Today I walked into Midas and got the best customer service I’ve ever received. Butch, the new store manager was knowledgeable, down the earth, helpful, and very patient with me and all his employees. Ashley in the front read of me with a smile And she was extremely nice and down to earth. Jake was my mechanic, not only did he fix the issues I was having, but he also was careful with my vehicle and quick. Dillion was one of the friendly guys there, he was not my mechanic, but he had only positive things to say. If I could give the store higher stars I will. I would recommend anyone to go back to the store! You will be doing yourself a disservice if you did not at least consult with this crew before moving forward with Services. I live one

Very bad experience. This is 3rd time weve been here for the same reason. Had an appointment on monday and got here and they said they didnt have the parts so i had to reschedule. I live 45 minutes from this location. So i Set an appointment at 9am got here at 840 am. Didn't touch vehicle until 11am. Was told I'd be in and out in 2 hrs tops. Still waiting as I write this review. Way over-priced for services, that i was quoted for. They were supposed to replace a faulty part for free. Again still waiting and they were trying to charge more than original quoted price. So far not a good experience and I have little good to say about this experience. Will NOT return or recommend this location. Matter of fact going to contact midas corporate to complain about this.
