Cody is simply amazing, give that man a raise first off. Secondly, they were fast and helped assess my concerns from two other shops (including the dealership) and was able to give me an actual estimate for the needed repairs. Having people who genuinely care about others, their well-being and keeping it real is hard to come by. I appreciate a shop and people who are there to keep my car safe and not take my money just for quotas. Thanks Cody and the Midas team in longmont for being impeccable at your jobs, and having a friendly smile and attitude to match.

Went to get a flat tire repaired and Brandon told me they couldn’t repair it because the nail was in the sidewall, then tried to sell me new tires and a water pump. Checked it out myself, nail was right in the middle of the tread. Got a second opinion and the other shop repaired it and said it wasn’t even close to non-repairable. Always worth getting a second opinion… especially when the first opinion comes from this shop.

This Midas location was very kind, helpful and efficient. They were willing to help overcome some issues caused by a different location, ensured there will now be lifetime warranty and got my car done in great time! Will definitely make this my main location for all car needs.

Brandon is absolutely wonderful- he cares about his customers and provides the best customer service I’ve experienced in very long time. His genuine care and desire to provide the best auto service keeps bringing me back - Thank you Brandon- You Rock!

The new staff is absolutely great. They even saw some small issues when I was getting an oil change on my truck and they fixed them quick and free of charge. Very impressed!
