After Tire Discounters down the street refused to do an alignment on my vehicle after I had made an appointment and replaced all the front end components myself. There reasoning was due to having a staggered tire set up. I left there mad as the service advisor there gave an attitude and I had to leave work early to make this appointment. I chose to stop in at this Midas and the staff was extremely helpful and said it would be no problem and got me in within 5 minutes. There was no reason Tire Discounters could have not performed this alignment. I was in and out in under an hour for a 4 wheel. The hospitality at this location was very professional and didnt feel like it was a sales tactic. And get this. They were 80 dollars cheaper. I highly recommend these guys. Sometimes it’s the people that make the business. Midas in Maineville have genuine guys running the shop. Mike and Derek communicate well, provide real expectations and value the customers. They will continue to be my go-to for everything from the small stuff to the really big stuff.

Very friendly and professional. I needed one tire replacement. Performed the work quickly, efficiently, and answered all my questions. Provided me pics as requested and made sure everything was good before I left. Definitely recommend.

I was at Midas for a routine oil change and the staff there said they had no heat! This was the 1st coldest day of the season. The guys were still very friendly and courteous, they even let me stand by a heater while I waited for my service. They were still professional even though they were freezing! Great place to get car service!!!

The store manager and Mike are the best. They always go above and beyond. I never had a disappointment at Midas. This company deserves more recognition when it comes to service and knowledge.
