I had an excellent experience at Midas thanks to Jaylen. He was professional, honest, and took the time to clearly explain what was going on with my vehicle and my options. He showed genuine care, kept me informed throughout the process, and made a stressful situation much easier to handle. Great customer service like this is hard to find. I truly appreciate Jaylen and highly recommend asking for him if you visit this location.

I drive 40 minutes out of my way to see these guys because they always take tremendously good care of us every time. They know me by name when I call and they’re incredibly understanding and helpful. Could not recommend this location enough.

I had an outstanding experience at Midas today. From the moment I walked in, Justin and Wayne provided exceptional customer service. They were both so friendly, took the time to listen to my concerns about my Toyota, and clearly explained what they were going to do. The best part was the speed and efficiency. It was a true "quick in and out" service without ever feeling rushed. It's so refreshing to find a trustworthy auto shop with a team that is both skilled and genuinely kind. I will definitely be returning for all my future service needs.

Manager Wayne, Jalen Assistant, Chase Technician was super helpful. I had no oil in my car after I was told by Jiffy Lube up the street from them I did. They checked my car and found I was 3 quart low. They also discovered that my rims on my car were sold to me in the wrong offset. Great service.

Wayne and his team are awesome! They always let you know what you NEED and not just try to sell you extra things. I will always come get my oil change + car needs here as long as I live in Georgia.
