Unbelievable. I’ve had the best experience I have ever had fixing my car. I’ve never came out of an auto body shop happy. This is the Best place and the guys are fantastic. Jonathan Rodriguez and Andrew Threifall-Mitch. I’m going out of here smiling with a full pocket of cash.

Knowledgeable technicians with great attitudes, competitive and fair pricing, and very fast turnaround times: Midas of Marlborough is a testament to excellent customer service. I brought my BMW here for a tire replacement, and the technician (shoutout Andrew) was extremely transparent and pleasant to work with. I will definitely be bringing my car here many more times! PS: the shop foreman has an EXCELLENT taste in cars, love your F10.

My child who is in college in the area, thought that he had two flat tires one night around 10:00 p.m. he ended up calling AAA and they suggested Midas of Marlboro so it was towed there. I followed up with the shop the next day to provide some more details and was informed they would look into it shortly. I received a call back a few hours later from Jonathan telling me that there was no issue other than the tires all being low. They filled and measured them & checked out the car to ensure there was no other damage from the incident. Not only were we not sold two new tires for no reason, we also were not charged anything. For a parent dealing with a car issue from 200 miles away this was a great outcome.

Got an oil change through them and 200 miles later my oil light comes on. I was short about 1 Qt of oil. My car is a 2021 with no oil consumption issues. They did not put the correct amount of oil in my car.

Very overpriced and Jonathan will try to upsell you as much as possible just wondering for everybody else other than that phenomenal work. They did great job with my brakes and my oil change but I don’t appreciate being up so trying to be up so multiple times when I said, I’m all set.
