Amazing customer service from start to finish! The staff was friendly, professional, and made the whole oil change process quick and stress-free. I had a million questions and DJ explained everything clearly, didn’t try to upsell, and treated me like a valued customer. I was in and out with great service and a smile. Highly recommend, this is how customer service should be done!

Went in for an inspection for power steering fluid leaking, mechanic that was there that day had found a metal line was broke and that i had a small leak in the rack and pinion. I was quoted at about 1500$ for those two issues. I couldnt pay that much at the time so i had to leave and come back at a later date, but while i was getting my keys i asked the guy at the desk for the quote on paper so i could remember the price for when i had the means of getting the work done. He then tells me that all i would need to do is call and ask for the quote if i need to remember it that it would be in the system under my phone/car/name. Chris was super rude to me, and acted like they didn’t want my business. The quote I got for the job was 2800$, went to different shop and was treated way better. The quote at other shop was 1200$. Would give them 0 stars if I could. I could also hear racial remarks be made as I was walking out.. do NOT go here unless you want to be screwed over. Every other experience over the last two years has been great, but I was told Anthony is no longer working there so I will not be returning.

The whole staff is awesome. I came very close to closing late to my appointment. Just to realize I had the wrong store. Everyone remained friendly and was more than willing to help me out!! Dj is the man, he really went the extra mile to get me situated.
