Chris treated me with kindness and respect. He showed me verified, detailed information about my vehicle that I did not know and he documented it. I couldn’t believe how important this visit turned out to be! Considering all the work completed, the price reasonable and I even received assistance with that! I feel so much safer in my car. Thank you to Chris, Ray and the whole team there!!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!! I just moved to the area and my NYS inspection was due I stopped into Midas and was told by Chris to come back tomorrow @ 7am so on Tuesday 11/4 /25 I arrived around 7:40 am I was told to have a seat in the waiting room. Two and a half hours later I get called over and was told by Chris my car was going to fail because of a headlight, so I mentioned how I just changed them and how I just drove to the city the night before and both headlights were functioning so I say it’s ok I’ll take a look at it when I get home and he goes into a whole spiel about the economy and how being able to fix things on your own is good but by getting your work done at shops it employs ppl Yadi yadi so at this point my spidey senses are going off. he fails my car charges me 21$ f

Amazing!! I know nothing about cars most mechanics will try to get everything out of you that they can and things don’t make sense when you walk away. Chris is amazing very knowledgeable. Personable explained fully what needed to be done in. Layman’s terms!! I had no questions that one unanswered about the work being on, and that needed to be done with my car! He helped me out every way he could financially with payment cards They have at the Shop! I will never take my car any place!!! Also waiting for a car could be a bore, Depending on what needs to be done, you don’t have to wait long but they make the experience So much better As they all have great personalities! Once my car was finished, I ended up calling and thanking Chris so much for the work on my car as it feels like a brand new

I had an appointment at 9:30 in the morning. Even though my car was taken in, it took a bit to get looked at but that’s expected. It’s a doctors appt for your car, anyway I went in for an inspection and got more done that needed to get done. Even though you can say I was there all day waiting for a part, it wasn’t bad. No one who worked there seemed rude to me at all and my car felt amazing and still does.

I came in as a walk in for emergency car service on the morning of Saturday January 17 after driving up to New York from Georgia. The team assessed the issue with my brakes and oil filter housing and had it fixed by the afternoon. They explained all of the issues and even had me walk back into the garage to show me what had occurred so I could make an informed decision. All of the staff members were polite and helpful. I will 100% return if I am back in the area!
