I had yet another outstanding experience at Midas and couldn’t wait to share it. I went in for my state vehicle inspection with no appointment, and I was in and out in under an hour! This experience really exceeded my expectations, and it all comes down to the incredible service provided by the team. First, I was greeted by Mark at the front desk, who set the tone for the entire visit. He was super friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. This repair shop is amazing! I had gone to a nearby shop and given very rude treatment. I went down the street and figured I’d stop in to see if they could help. I think it was Marco that got me taken care of, was incredibly nice and caring, made sure to get me back on the road before winter break was over and I had to go back to school.
