I essentially paid $800 for an oil change and tire rotation. I brought my Wrangler in for the heat not working and rear defrost as well. After two visits they couldn’t fix either. I asked if the money I spent would go towards the continuation of fixing the problems and I was told no because they had already put parts and time into it. They did however correctly perform a tire rotation and (I thought) a good oil change. My vehicle is now leaking oil.
