I had such a great experience here. I called about an issue with my brakes and rotors and was able to get in the very next day. They did a free inspection to make sure the replacement was truly necessary before doing any work, which showed real honesty and integrity. The pricing was very fair, and the customer service was exceptional. (Thank you, Abby!) It’s not always easy to find a repair shop you can trust, but this is one. Highly recommend!

I really appreciated Abby's customer service, starting from making my appointment by phone and when I arrived for my appointment. She's very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The waiting area and bathroom were clean and I felt comfortable while waiting for my vehicle. She also kept me informed of what was going on while I waited and it didn't take long. Newark midas is hands down the best place for great service, great price and friendly staff. Abby took such good care of my son. Bobby performed a coolant flush, break flush and engine air filter. They were so good at communicating and getting my son to understand what was wrong with the car. I will be recommending family and friends to get their car serviced at newark midas. Today I had a chance to see what Midas Newark looks like after the remodel of the front area. I was blow away, how nice it looks and how professional all the staff was. I was greet it by the Manager Abby, who was very professional and explained to me everything that would go on with my car. The Technician Marty who work on my car was also very professional and knowledgeable of everything he did and said. A+ Midas Newark. Will recommend to any of my friends or family and will be a returning customer.
