Amazing…driving down the mountainous Kancamagus Highway, we noticed a scraping sound in our right rear brake. A quick web search found us in the parking lot of the North Conway, NH Midas. Within minutes, the technician informed us with photographs that we needed two new rotors and brake pads. We went to lunch next door and returned to find the job finished. Surprisingly, when we went to pay we found the cost was less than half of the amount that we paid at a Subaru dealership after having to leaver our car there for two days. Even more surprisingly, was that our name was still in the system for the same job we had done by the same Midas dealership nearly ten years earlier. I had a great experience at Midas on White Mountain Highway in North Conway. I called around 5:15 PM the night before because I had a leaking tire plug and was worried about driving with my family while we were out of town. The new manager was extremely helpful and told me to come in at 8:00 AM the next morning. True to his word, they fit me right in and took care of my truck quickly and professionally. I know this location hasn’t always had the best reputation under previous management, but the new manager is doing a great job. The service was prompt, friendly, and efficient — exactly what you hope for when you’re traveling with your family and need something fixed fast. Really appreciate the quick turnaround and great customer service. Highly recommend!

I came in for a check-up to find out what was wrong with my car. They did a thorough inspection, explained everything clearly, and were honest about the issues. I appreciated the transparency and professionalism. Even though no repairs were done, the service and communication were excellent. I’d definitely recommend them and will return for the repairs.

Please read my entire review. It has been updated. They made it right. I had a 10:00 a.m. appointment for an oil change and tire rotation and planned to wait while the service was completed. By 10:30 a.m., my truck was still sitting in the parking lot and had not been brought into the shop. Due to the delay, I had my wife pick me up and we left. At 11:30 a.m., I called to check on the status of my vehicle and was told it was just being brought in at that time—nearly an hour and a half after my scheduled appointment. I was dropped back off around 12:15 p.m., and the service was still not completed. The work was finally finished at approximately 1:30 p.m., turning a scheduled oil change and tire rotation into a three-and-a-half-hour ordeal. Because of this delay, I was late picking up my

I totally recommend them. I was out of town for work and I just had my oil change done by Sullivan tire prior. Thank goodness it was a easy fix but the point was Sullivan tire put the wrong oil filter on and they cut off my protection plate with a saw. Midas got me right in and fixed the problem and made Sullivan tire pay for their service. They were amazing
