I went to have two tires replaced and found the staff friendly and knowledgeable, however, upon leaving I realized all of my tires were between 5-7 pounds under inflated so the tire pressure warning light remained on. When I stopped to put air in my tires, I noticed my super cool Terminator skull tire nozzle caps were gone and replaced with cheap pedestrian plastic ones. I spent over $1200 and was disappointed with the final product.

Raj got the patience and Nicole got the personality. I love coming to Midas either to pop in and say hi 🙋🏻‍♀️ or get work done on the car. They both been a great addition to the company. Love them both but thank you nicole for you decorative styles ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I went in with muffler noise, I spoke with a very helpful gentlemen and explained the problem I had noticed. They too my car in immediately, now thinking I was going to have to have my muffler replaced, he then notified me after looking at it it was just a bolt broke which they repaired, they could have told me I needed a new system, but they were so honest which I was so happy that they were honest, at my relief I asked if they could do an oil change which they proceeded to do, I also requested to do anything to do anything needed. I was never pressured to do anything other then my original problem, I was so impressed with my entire experience, everyone was beyond helpful and I was so happy they were able to help me make decisions I wasn’t aware I needed, since I’m a recent Widow. Very impressed by this place. They were very honest with me when addressing the repairs on my car and provided fair pricing. Very clean , modern, and up to date waiting room. Service was excellent as well. Moving forward, I will be coming back here to get my car maintenance moving forward. Fantastic experience.

Inexpensive oil change, but then they try to up sell you on very expensive additional repairs and offer you a free rental car. I am overall happy with the service, but I really wanted to get out of there and on with my day. I was told it was dangerous for me to keep driving and I felt like I was being manipulated and pressured. I don't think they were dishonest, but I did find a much lower quote at a garage l know and trust. Buyer beware. Get a second opinion before you commit to additional repairs.
