Midas

Scheduled for my annual vehicle inspection, Midas has been my top choice for the past five years. The managers are always incredibly helpful, and today Sean, the manager on duty, was exceptional. He promptly greeted me, had all my paperwork ready, and my vehicle was swiftly taken in for inspection. Midas has consistently provided me with great experiences. While pricing may vary, their transparency and quality of work are unmatched. I have always found them to be trustworthy, and today Sean went above and beyond by finding me a coupon. I am eagerly looking forward to returning for my oil change.

So the wait was crazy. 2 1/2 hours for an oil change and I made an appointment is ridiculous. Also when your done working on my car I need you to put my keys back in my hand not hold on to them or leave them in the car. The two stars are strictly for the guy at the front desk. He’s patient and knowledgeable and was just pleasant in general.

I don’t care about distance anymore. It’s the Quality and service you get here. Very friendly staff and very good at what they do. As long as my car keeps going. I will take it to Midas for any type of repairs. Thanks guys and keep up the great work. Where all family now. Mr. Robert James.

I went in for an oil change and was walked through the process while also being told informatively about potential future services I'd need to upkeep my vehicle. I was offered some coffee as I made myself comfortable in the lounge area and shared some chit chat with passing employees. The vibe at the Bustleton Midas was super friendly, efficient, and helpful and I was in and out on an early Monday afteenoon. The manager on duty at the front desk was beyond polite and helpful. I would certainly return for future services at this location. Definitely some of the most easygoing car maintenence I've experienced in recent years. Thanks guys!

The Indian man at the desk was great (I believe he is the manager). Great customer service and he explained things well. I knew what needed to be done to my car and what didn't before hand so when he explained what I needed and didn't need I knew he wasn't trying to get over. I'm a woman and knowing they weren't trying to get over was refreshing.
