This is a quality auto shop in Reisterstown, MD. The main reason and only reason I've gone here was for the first class, high quality professional customer service from the staff. Will Feehley paid extra attention to detail and thoroughly checked the vehicle for any issues after I had several oil changes as well as brakes, rotors and pads replaced. There was no wait time and the labor and service cost was very reasonable compared to competitors in the industry. Highly recommended.

I was looking for a shop to do alignment to my specs on my autocross race car. I got on a lift in no time and got it aligned to the race specs. All angles are now spot on. I'm extremely happy with the result. This is my go to shop for performance alignments now.

We came to this shop because it has great reviews. I had recently changed my rear brakes (myself) and had the struts replaced (at my usual shop). My car was making a clunking noise, so I took it back to my usual shop and they told me I needed a new bearing. We changed the bearing ourselves and were a little shocked that they recommended a new bearing because it still looked pretty good. The car was still making the same noise, so I took it to another shop for a second opinion. They heard the noise and checked everything out but couldn't figure out the problem. I finally brought it here and they quickly found that my rear tire was not on properly. It was obviously a mistake I made when I put the tires back on after the break change, but it took 3 mechanics and an unnecessary new bearing to

I needed someone willing to replace tires bought elsewhere. I was able to set an appointment, same day, over the phone, and later that afternoon I had my new set of tires installed. Not to mention, Zachary was extremely helpful. He replaced my Tire locks for me, gave me a few extra air caps, and I even heard him giving a repeat customer a discount while I was waiting. Great service.

Thank you to Josh and Team members for assisting me with great service: multi point inspection: oil change, tire’s rotation and so on. They informed me that I needed a battery; purchased it and installed. Each performed in their individual gifts and my car was ready in a hour. I drove 77 miles thereafter and my tires stayed on, and the car ran smoothly. Thank you.
