Stopped by during vacation and let me tell you- this was the best decision ever. Ezra was extremely patient and answered all of my questions. I went back for a follow up question and she exhibited the same patience as before! 10/10, I highly recommend! Amazing customer service, knowledgeable staff, and detailed explanations… just awesome!!!

I just serviced my car there and ask to checks tire pressure. From tires are 43, back 41. It should be 38 front and 39 back. They do not care at all, never measured the tire pressure..

I was visiting my daughter and noticed a screw in my tire. I had recently purchased new tires from a Midas in Georgia so I called the one in Pompano. They told me to bring it in and they'll check it out. When I brought it in, they were a little short-staffed so I was going to just leave my car with them. Then, one of their guys, Mark, took it in to look at it quickly instead of having me wait all day. Fortunately, the screw did not puncture the tire and no repair was needed. They didn't even charge me! I will definitely come back to this Midas in the future. Very friendly and helpful staff!

Ezra and Brian are the reason I keep coming back here!! They’re awesome people and are always super helpful and truthful when it comes to my car problems. Midas in general has always given me great experiences but this location specifically is has been my go to for 2 years now and I don’t trust anyone else in Broward or Miami. Thank you guys

I left this location a very positive review six months ago, but after inspecting their work I'm honestly appalled. They made too many mistakes for a very simple job. I had them put new wheels on my car, and they badly mistreated the wheels leaving several scratches on my brand new Konigs. The scratches were mainly around the lugnuts. They also installed the tires wrong - they are directional and were installed in reverse on the car. My final complaint is that they clearly just used an impact gun to run the lugnuts on, leaving many overtightened and some below spec (95 ft/lb for my car). The staff were kind and easy to work with, but I shouldn't have to fix their work in a parking lot. If you use them definitely take before photos and check their work.
