Quick and efficient service. They have consistently fit me in same day or next for routine service (not guaranteeing this is always the case, some repairs require planning ahead). I called for an earlier appointment, was told no problem and to bring my car in. They were done before I finished my walk. Great service and people here. I avoid going to any other shop for routine service. Manager (Greg) is professional, straight to the point and knows his stuff.

Midas has very professional staff members that provide high quality car maintenance for a reasonable price. The employee told me that they have the cheapest oil changes in the area. Midas actually does have the cheapest oil change that I'm aware of. There was just a little confusion of my appointment not being confirmed when I've arrived. The staff member was unaware of the appointment and said the appointment may be in the back office computer. I just don't know how two computers in one business aren't linked together with customers appointment times made online.

The new manager at the Prospect Park Midas is such a great guy! Dealing with anything related to my car can feel really overwhelming, but he made the whole experience so much easier. He was patient, honest, and took the time to explain everything in a way I could actually understand. It’s not always easy finding a place you feel comfortable going to for car repairs, but I truly felt taken care of here. The service was professional, straightforward, and stress-free. I definitely recommend the Prospect Park Midas if you’re looking for a shop you can trust!
