Rick at Mavis was outstanding! My wife had to bring our car in for an oil change and NYS inspection while I couldn’t be there, and he went out of his way to make sure everything was handled smoothly. He was courteous, helpful, and truly cared about making the experience stress-free. His staff was also very pleasant and professional, which made the whole visit even better. Rick is a real asset to Mavis, and because of him and his team, we’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Went in for an inspection. My windshield wipers needed replacing and they did it right there. What stood out is how friendly and personable the staff was. I would recommend this place for anyone!

Rick is an stand up guy. He doesn't try to sell you what you don't need. He will let you know what can wait to be fixed and what can't. We have been going to him for years.
