Midas

This was my first time using Midas, and I decided to bring my new car in after seeing the $39 synthetic oil change advertisement. I had an awesome experience—the salesperson was engaging, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions. Overall, it was a great first visit and I felt confident my car was in good hands.

Update01/26/2026: Today’s service consisted of the same stellar quality, service, turnaround time for work, and pricing that is always provided through Midas on Potranco road. Services included filter replacements, oil change, fluid flushes, and general maintenance. Our family to yours, this location is highly recommended and we will continue to utilize their services. —————————————————————- Each time my family, friends, and I visit this location (14575 Potranco Road) we are greeted with great customer service and the staff always go above and beyond in ensuring that they provide great vehicle care services and even provide multiple services to help ensure your vehicle costs can be covered. We will continue to be patrons of this location.

I’ve been taking my vehicles to Midas for quite some time now, and every experience has been great. Their service and pricing are consistently fair, and they always go above and beyond to make us feel valued and taken care of. What really stands out is their knowledge and honesty. They clearly explain what they’re doing, what’s needed, and why. I’ve never felt pressured into unnecessary services — they genuinely look out for their customers. It’s hard to find an auto shop you can trust, but this team has earned ours. Highly recommend.

The first time I came into Midas at this location I needed a set of new tires and an oil change. The sales rep Ethan was the gentleman who assisted. We discussed the price point for oil change annd set of tires for my vehicle. I agreed to get my new tires here based on his quote and price I would pay. There was some miscommunication after the all work was complete on my vehicle. I spoke to Ethan and reminded him of what we had originally discussed and he apologized for any inconvenience and did assist with original price point we spoke about before the work was done. I really appreciated that as a customer. Because he corrected the problem with me I feel he earned my respect as a customer.
