Excellent customer service! I would give 6 stars if I could. I was confused about a detail in my car repair, and Jonathan, Albert and Juan went above and beyond and redid the step and showed me that it was being done correctly in front of my very eyes. Very honest and trustworthy repair shop!!! I've been coming back since I first came!

I hate writing bad reviews, especially because my first experiences at this Midas location on Bristol in Santa Ana were actually great. The owner, Alpert, was friendly and I came here many times over the years for oil changes, brakes, struts, and other work without issues. Unfortunately, over time things changed and my recent experiences have been very disappointing. About a year ago I brought my car in because of a rattle coming from the engine. It turned out to be the engine mount, but they initially tried to convince me it was just the heat shield. That was the first time I started to question their transparency. I had been using this shop for years but my latest experience will keep me away for good. The coupon for an oil change came in the mail, addressed to me not resident, and noted I could only use it at that location had me feel they knew me and my car. Not at all the case. In fact the oil change come on price quickly grew by $20 to $89.95. There argument then was other places charged $150.00. Not true because Big O right down the street from my home was $64.95 for exactly the same service. I had set aside the time, thought I had done my research and trusted them to be honest and respectable. Later they couldn’t do the tire rotation for a made up reason and they never did the brake inspection. By then I’d had enough. I've neen taking my car this Midas location ever since i moved to CA. I also have started bringing my friend's here for business. Mr. Albert is a decent man and i can trust him for everything. Definitley recommendong this shop

BAIT and SWITCH!! I booked an appt online because they have an oil change special for $35 blend $60 full synthetic. I booked my appt for two days later between 4:30-5:30. They called to let me know that time is not available, regardless of my booked appointment. They also informed me that the true price would be $89.99. Why advertise $60? That’s much more than just taxes. Bait and switch is illegal.
