Midas

A friend of mine recommended this Midas to me and I am truly grateful they did. I always had issues with other mechanics trying to get service because they are not open weekends. Midas is open Saturday which is a tremendous benefit to working people. I was also pleasantly surprised with the staff. Andy, Brian, and Andrew were extremely helpful, friendly and HONEST. Any questions I had were answered truthfully and any services not needed were not pushed. Its truly refreshing to find an honest mechanic shop. Also, the workmanship on my cars is top notch. I was recommended to go to this location due by a friend who had a great experience. They claim they do a 21-point inspection, but one of my lights was out. It's even on the diagnostic lights indicating it is off. They replaced a part that involves my diagnostics but somehow did not see this. The manager Andy told me he had 2 technicians inspect my vehicle. Him and Brian speak quite a bit to make you feel reassured you're in good hands, which I like, but when a simple thing like a front light being out doesn't get caught, I have to wonder if they truly inspected my car. I want to say I am not confrontational, and it was getting close to their closing time. I did not want to bring it up due to those two reasons. I cannot explain how wonderful and amazing Midas is! They were my first car garage to go to when moving down to Florida and I have stuck with them. Their honesty and kindness is always amazing. They get my car done in no time and always explain to me what they are looking to do on my car and ask for my permission before doing it. 😊

I noticed my tire pressure was low after work and found a nail in my tire. I stopped by Midas within the last hour before they closed, and Andy still went out of his way to help me. I have been taking my vehicles to Midas for several years. The staff at the Clark Road location has always treated me with professionalism and courtesy. They explain the issues clearly and provide options. The pricing is fair and reasonable and they are always looking to offer any discounts available.
