Don’t trust this shop. I went in for an oil change last year before a road trip bc my regular trusted mechanic wasn’t able to do the job. When they were done changing my oil and rotating my tires, standard at many shops with an oil change, the manager called me into the garage to show me my rear drivers side shocks. He pointed at them and said they were worn and stated that they needed to be replaced. He insisted the car wasn’t safe and that they only had a couple months to drive on them before it became an issue. When I got home a had my mechanic look at my vehicle and he said they were fine and that he saw no issue. Last week, a year later, I had to have the front ball joint replaced and the shocks and struts are still in good shape.

I unfortunately brought my car to this location last week (2/16) for an inspection and an oil change. My check engine light was on and I had it checked prior using a friends code reader which read as having a bad O2 censor. When I dropped my car off, I shared that information, they laughed and said they would still need to diagnose the problem themselves. I stupidly signed off immediately to pay for an inspection, oil change, and a diagnostic. Within a couple hours I received a quote for nearly $4,000. My car is a 2017, I take great care of it and always get routine maintenance & necessary repairs. I immediately went to pick up my car and unfortunately did have to pay $215 for the oil change and diagnostic (which was mostly incorrect and I could have gotten an oil change literally anywhere

Before you think about going to this scam shop, take a minute to read this. It might be worth it and could save you money. I brought my 2007 Honda Accord in for an inspection. The guy came to me and told me my car had a lot of problems and that it would cost $2,500 to fix them. I told him I didn’t have that much money. He said I had to fix it if I wanted to pass the inspection and that they could help me apply for a store credit card. I didn’t have any other options, so I agreed. I told the store manager that I do food delivery and that I needed my car the same day. It was Saturday, November 22, around 10:00 AM when I left my car. They kept my car for the entire week. These guys are incredible and reliable. Kevin and crew have always gone the extra mile for me., no pun intended. I stopped there once when they were closed, I was 10 minutes late and didn’t have an appointment, They came out and looked at it for free and saved my life! Had I driven on it the way it was, I would have died on the highway… they fixed the issue the next day!

Kinda concerned? I paid 69.99 for a synthetic oil change and tire rotation. Waited about an hour (I didn't have an appointment) when they came out to tell me that I was all set, I asked about the services completed. Tech said that the tires were fine. But that they didn't do the rotation. I felt like I had to stand my ground and say I paid for the rotation id like the rotation. But be careful, I wouldn't send my wife or daughter here. I feel like they might try to take advantage of them?
