Been here several times without any issues but had a small hiccup on my recent trip here. The staff was welcoming and personable when I left my car for an oil change and inspection. What happened was when I came back to pick it up, I noticed some oil stains on my dashboard and a-pillar while on my drive home. Update: After speaking to Matt the manager about my issue, he was able to take my car back in right away and was able to get it all cleaned up at no extra expense. A+ customer service on Matt’s end! I will absolutely be back now because he knows how to take care of his customers.

I went to Midas yesterday for my first time with a company vehicle so I wasn’t exactly sure of the process. They were so nice and so helpful! They got me in and out quickly too!

The crew that works here is the best! I have only good things to say about them! Midas ‘s Lifetime tire warranty That I previously purchasedis a bit misleading. You really have to read the fine print to realize it’s mostly for three years. But the team themselves are great!

I was scrambling to get an inspection before the end of the month, and found out that I could get a next day appointment for 10/31! Upon arriving, they estimated a wait time of 45-60 minutes, and it was done at 1 hour. They also had a “happy TV” program on in the waiting area that I enjoyed - funny videos, animal videos, and babies laughing! I needed a light replaced, which would have been much cheaper to do myself, but having it done immediately and hassle free was worth the price.
