Doug is an amazing Manager and automotive advisor, along with qualified mechanics who get your vehicle up and running at a reasonable price. I only wish I knew of this shop sooner. I could have save lots of money after being deceived by other unscrupulous repair shops. One thing is for certain they will be repairing my 3 vehicles for no on.

The manager here, Doug, runs a great shop. Attentive and informative. Had brakes replaced last year and tires rotated recently. Doug was willing to review options on pricing which was great. The lot is always full too, so you can tell the other locals agree.

DO NOT GO HERE, EVER!! Long story short; Car went In for alignment, and after it was performed I paid and pick the car up. Instantly after driving away, car was pulling to the left. I take it back, they say come back the next day. I drop the car off the next day. They perform the alignment again and say they road tested and made sure it was good to go. I pick up the car and now it’s pulling to the right. Still, being very patient and understanding, they said they will do the alignment again. So I take it back the following day and they perform the alignment again. Now the Alignment is worse than it ever had been with the steering wheel crooked. I ask them if there is maybe something wrong with the car and they confirm nothing. I take the car to another alignment place nearby, not on

I have two cars and when I need service I go to Midas and more specifically their manager Doug. He knows his stuff and is professional and courteous. I can always count on a fair price and a discount for being a loyal customer.

As a woman in a new area, I was nervous to take my car anywhere. First time going, I wasn’t upsold. Next time I needed an oil change and I was told that I needed new brakes URGENTLY. I took it with a grain of salt, and I said okay next time. About a month later I took my car in for my yearly inspection, and I mentioned that I needed new brakes. During that whole month, I was nervous if I had to slam on my brakes, and didn’t want to travel far. I go to pick up my car and the guy working said my brakes were fine. While I appreciate the second man’s honesty, you now broke my trust. Do not go here if you don’t have a man with you. Cannot trust their word.
