Absolutely fantastic repair facility, Blaine and Blake are a dynamic duo when it comes to getting customers taken care of. They truly make you feel cared for and like family. They got my family back on the road in a jiffy when we came in with a flat :( We knew our vehicle wasn’t in the most fantastic shape, and they told us exactly what was wrong it in very detailed fashion. We will absolutely be choosing Midas of Sedalia in the future!

Had four 35-in tires mounted and balanced then installed on my truck. Service at the front desk was very professional, the wait time was exceptional and the truck feels great with the new tires.

Had a couple of issues with my car and these guys fixed it right up at a good price and pretty quickly. I went back for one more issues as they had suggested and car is working wonderfully now. The customer service is top notice. They provided great communication about issues and cost. Great experience.

I had a 10:30am oil change appointment and I had to be at work at 12 and they told me they would get me taken care of before then. I dropped off the car at 10:20 and went to go eat. When I returned at 11:30, they hadn't even started on the car. They said that despite my appointment, they prioritized the people who just came in. They gave me a tiny discount, when it should have been a larger discount. The only funny thing is that they usually end my oil changes by telling me what horrible shape my car is in and how it'll cost hundreds of dollars to fix it, but this time they said everything looked great and they skipped the upsell. I'm never coming back to them again.

I used to love MIDAS. I trusted the technicians and felt confident they were being honest and helpful rather than just trying to get my money. In the past, they would show me what was wrong, explain which issues were urgent versus what could wait, and provide pricing options so I could choose what best fit my needs. I recently went in for a routine oil change and left having spent over $1,000. The pricing for both parts and labor was absolutely outrageous. After getting home and doing some research on the parts and the work that was done, I feel completely ripped off. There was another lady in there at the same time, and I overheard them tell her she needed the same thing they had just told me i needed…. I understand that i could Have asked more questions or shopped around, but that’s exac
