I had such a great experience at Midas thanks to the new manager, Tom! From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, professional, and made me feel completely taken care of. You can tell he really cares about the customers and wants everything to go smoothly. I was able to call, get an appointment, have my car serviced, and leave all in the same day — which was awesome and so convenient. The whole process was quick, stress-free, and handled with great communication. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend stopping in and asking for Tom!

Ben the person and in charge of the shop was very professional, polite, honest and went above and beyond to make my experience pleasant. I was somewhat anxious and worried about this unexpected expense. Ben was reassuring and told me about options available to me so I gelt at ease. Instead of me waiting there to have my brakes repaired he gave me a ride home and picked me up when my car was ready. Ben was very thoughtful and helped me for which I am very appreciative. I highly recommend this Midas shop.

Very underwhelmed with this location. I came in for an oil change/tire rotation. While in the waiting area (i was the only customer), construction workers came in and started sanding the walls, causing extreme dust with no ventilation, so I had to wait outside. I was told by one of the Midas guys that they wouldnt rotate my tires because I have aftermarket rims and one of the hub spacers was smashed into the rim and broke, and there weren't any spacers on the front rims so id need to take my vehicle to the tire shop they were installed at for the rotation. I paid full price and left. When I got to the tire shop, they had me stay with my vehicle and showed me the spacers on all 4 of my rims in near perfect condition. They opened my hood and found coolant spilled all over the left side of m
