I won’t trust them with my car again. They left my work vehicle unlocked over the weekend. I have thousands of dollars of tools in my car. I was upset, obviously, but I also understand accidents happen. When I brought it to their attention on Monday morning Jimmy could not have cared less. He gave me a blank stare with an insincere “I’m sorry”. Had I thrown a fit and acted like a child I probably would have gotten a discount and a real apology, but I’m not that kind of person. Honestly, I should not have to be that kind of person to get a sincere apology that I am owed due to the neglect of the staff. All of my experiences with Midas in Spring Hill, FL on Mariner Blvd have been stellar. My car is an older foreign car, and they always have the knowledge and parts that I need. If you need any work done on vehicle I highly recommend this shop. They will treat you like family. I only thought of midas as a tire shop but needed work done on wife's car and they were listed as authorized dealers for the extended warranty. The shop kept me informed throughout the process, delt with the extended warranty and made my experience worry free. They went above and beyond my expectations

In all my years, I’ve never encountered a business as dishonest, careless, and predatory as this one. This isn’t just a bad review — it’s a warning. A few months ago, I brought my car in with two issues: an oil leak and a faulty AC. After receiving an estimate, I chose to move forward with just the oil leak repair (they said it was a gasket issue) and planned to take care of the AC elsewhere. Seemed simple enough. But what followed was a spiral of incompetence, deceit, and outright manipulation. Three days after the supposed repair, I took my car to a different shop for the AC.
