After spending several thousand dollars upgrading my 2010 truck—new tires, radiator, brakes, shocks, water pump, alternator, and more—I honestly thought I had brought it back to life and could keep driving this big guy to the end. Then came the shock: the timing chain kit was severely worn and had to be replaced. My previous mechanic was upfront and even felt bad for me. Aaron did wonderful job getting my side mirror glass replaced for me. I had order the parts for my glass mirrors from O'Reilly's because it's a electrical heating glass. He took the time to replace the glass for me with no charge. He needs a raise.🗣️ You hear me! This man working hard and squeeze people in even though they are busy and keeping this business running without no single angry customers. Did I mention if it's emergency he will definitely get you in like he's about saves lives from hospital. 🤣🤣🤣 That's what I call business!!! Aaron White, the GM, Aaron the Mechanic, Harley, & John in service are all exceptional at their roles. I blew my engine in my Toyota Camry two weeks ago, They quickly located a new engine and went to install it, before finding out it was a dud. They then found another option and completed installation within the following week. Profound customer service and they’re locally owned and operated which is essential in today’s economy. Thank you so much for assisting!!! I would refer them to anyone for ALL of their auto needs. From bulb replacements, oil changes and motor replacements.
