Excellent service and extremely helpful staff. I came in with a piece of glass in my tire, and they clearly explained all the potential scenarios, including the possibility of needing new tires. Dickie was able to remove the glass and patch the tire, saving me both time and money. Their honesty really stood out—it would have been very easy to tell me I needed new tires, but they didn’t. I truly appreciate the integrity and professionalism.

Very pleased with the way they help customers to reducing the repair bill where possible. Liked the awareness the manager has about customer who are watching their expenses. I've been using their services for many years.

I had an amazing experience at Midas of Springfield! The team was fully transparent about everything from start to finish..... no hidden fees or surprises , they even let me know about the 3.5% charge upfront on cards and provided multiple options to avoid these. They gave me the best pricing I could find anywhere, and the service was top tier. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and the shop was super clean. I can honestly say I’ll only be using Midas from now on. Don’t let the bad reviews fool you, as I saw them and still came in to try them out. I am glad I did because they definitely don’t represent the experience I had. Highly recommend you see Bri and Adam for any needs!

I’ve come to this Midas twice now, last year when the dealership wants $1K+ to replace all my brakes and Adam was so honest and straightforward about what I actually needed! I came back today because of that trust and goodwill to patch a tire and will return when I’m ready to replace them as well. Definitely recommend this location!

Always great customer service at this location. Brianne went above and beyond explaining all the recommended services. I used to go to Kia for everything, but since last year I am coming to Midas instead.
