We are from Ilion NY. We went shopping at Costco, the engine light came on. There was no heat but the water gage read overheating. We went to 3 auto stores, no one could help us. Then we spotted Midas. We went in and the mechanic said he would take a look at it. The truck needed antifreeze, it had a small leak in the radiator. He (John) added the antifreeze and we were able to make it home. What a wonderful person, and he didn't rapes us with prices. Thank God for people like John.

Midas saved me money by being honest about not needing new light bulbs in my headlights I just need to use a cleaner to get all dirt off they were a little cloudy as well. I also had my tires rotated and the price was very reasonable.

Ever since taking over management, John has been great to me and my family. I appreciate his knowledge, concern, and patience (as we had already come to know from previous management). Very hard to find in this day and age. Keep up the great work.
