Midas

Have had my oil change here the last couple times. They were kind enough to take me in within the hour. Pretty quick services, Wait was no longer than an hour. Rick, Great guy. Has great customer service. Recommend getting your oil changes here when needed. They let you know in full honesty of what needs to be done!

I’m sorry to say that I have to change my review of this place from 5 stars. They had a guy that worked the front counter named kevin who was a problem, solver and pleasant person to be around. They broke a couple tire pressure sensors in my EV, which I might’ve taken as a coincidence-like there was one ready to break, but not when it was two of them, that seemed more like negligence. He agreed and they ordered 2 new sensors for me. I felt more comfortable taking it to the dealership where I bought it to have it fixed. That cost me but Kevin was still able to make it up to me by giving me a great deal on a set of big 4x4 tires for my Tahoe. Without Kevin there it seems like they’re pretty apathetic. Brought my car into Midas for diagnosis and repair. The Mechanic went for a test drive and proceeded to get into an accident. Midas states "the fault was on the other driver. The police said we are not at fault" and then FAILED TO PROVIDED THEIR INSURANCE INFORMATION. The police report (That was given to the mechanic driving my car) clearly states their mechanic failed to yield at unsigned intersection. This is the fault on Midas and they're actively avoiding responsibility. In addition they will not call me clarifying the insurance information. I have called multiple times attempting to get this situation resolved and still the general manager will not contact me and help resolve this issue.

Went in for an oil change. The guys are professional and well-trained. I was in and out with no problems. Cars running great. Thank you Midas..... Ray Knapton

They were super friendly and quick. I had an 11 am appointment for an oil change on a Saturday and they were done and had me on my way by 1130 am. I am very pleased!
