Honesty plus great customer service was a breath of fresh air! Thank you Scott for your transparency and patience! I didn’t have an appointment and walked in with the engine light on Thursday. Was diagnosed and repaired by Friday. Picked it up Saturday morning. Scott helped me to save money where needed and completed the necessary work to get me back on the road. Every time I entered the place someone always greeted me with a kind smile. Will be coming back.

The Technicians at the Tinley Park Midas were very helpful and thorough. I've had some major work done here and no issues after repairs. It's more than just 'tires and oil changes'. Good repair work done here also.

First time visiting this shop and I was impressed by the excellent customer service. We were greeted with a smile as soon as we walked in. I made an appointment online, which was confirmed via text. Joe kept me informed, and they even sent me a text with any issues they found with my vehicle. I highly recommend this place. My vehicle was ready exactly when they said it would be.

My wife’s car wouldn’t start so after requesting a tow service who came and jumped it, I took to Midas to ensure it wasn’t anything more serious than a battery replacement. I showed up within an hour of closing and they rushed to fit me in to check out the car before they closed. Thankfully the battery was the issue and before replacing I realized I had a warranty from Autozone. The team was more than willing to check for me and organized an Autozone rep to deliver the battery under warranty. The above and beyond service was awesome and they helped save me money!
