Poor Communication with Justin and Rob. 3 phone calls and then upon arrival No Tires for a fee of $800.00. Said they have no caller ID but yet when I call they said no problem. Fired employees per Rob. I will contact owner and the Corporate

Always a great experience. Want to give a big thank you to the office guys today. I had a job interview and they pushed it to get my car done in time. I owe them plus… I landed the job 😉

I normally don’t leave reviews like this, but I feel people need to be aware. The manager at this shop works while intoxicated and, even worse, allows his employees to do the same. It’s not just a one-time thing—it seems to be a regular occurrence. This is extremely unprofessional and dangerous, especially for a place responsible for working on people’s cars. I left feeling completely uneasy about the work done on my vehicle, and I honestly don't trust that safety was a priority. If you're considering taking your car here, I strongly suggest thinking twice. There are plenty of shops out there that take their work—and your safety—seriously.

This was my first time going to Midas and it was a great experience. I was greeted by the manager Justin Steinmetz he was very informative , professional and answered all my questions. While I was there a gentleman had dropped off his car because he felt he needed brakes, when he returned Justin said we did a thorough inspection of your breaks and they’re fine you don’t need breaks , needless to say the gentleman and his wife were very happy. I asked Justin don’t you need to meet a certain quota for sales ? He said yes we do but that’s not the way I run my shop I like to be honest with my customers . I was very happy to hear that . Midas and Justin you found a life long customer in me !
