Wow! Drew and the team at Midas provided a top-notch experience. I went in for an oil change and was immediately greeted by Drew, who was incredibly welcoming. Although there was a bit of a wait, both Drew and another employee were very apologetic and made sure I was comfortable. I spent $44.65 for an oil change for a 2007 vehicle, which was a great low price for me. They offered complimentary water and coffee, which was a nice touch. The customer service I received from Drew was outstanding; he truly went above and beyond to help me. It's rare to find such dedicated service these days. I'll definitely be returning to this Midas location for all my future car needs.

I had a very disappointing experience at this shop today. I brought in my 2011 Mazda CX-9 to fix a passenger window regulator/motor. The total time to diagnose and repair was about 1.5 hours, yet I was charged $650. Out of that total, $99 was a separate diagnostic fee, which they insisted on charging even though I approved the repair and had it fixed on the spot. I’ve been to many shops before, and in my experience, diagnostic fees are often waived or included when the customer proceeds with the repair. That was not the case here. The verbal quote already sounded high, but I was under time pressure since I needed the car for a trip later that afternoon and didn’t have time to get another estimate. I accepted the quote, but after seeing the final bill, I strongly feel the price was unfair

Took our car in for the first time here for a good amount of maintenance, and we were surprised at how fast they got everything done, and on a busier day as well. The staff was super friendly and made sure we knew everything they would be working on. Couldn't be happier with this Midas!

I’ve been to this shop about three times for service and the people were always very nice so I thought it was a good place for service. However, when my car broke down this week and I took it there for a quote. I was shocked when they asked $2500 for a four hour job that involved about $500 worth of parts at the most. Thank God, I have some good people to consult because I would’ve been up to my eyeballs in debt if I had accepted that quote. As it is, I found all the parts myself for $170 and somebody who will do the work in my driveway for 500. Just makes me sick to my stomach that they could ask for 2500. Just assuming that I was so naïve and desperate I would say yes. Don’t go here. They are thieves.
