Midas

Midas is amazing. I went to the one on 7th in Victorville, Ca. The staff is very nice and knowledgeable. They make you feel very comfortable. The establishment is very clean. Gaby is a delight. She is so sweet, knowledgeable and greets everyone with a smile. I will recommend this establishment to all my family and friends. They are ready to help you when needed. Their service wait time is very reasonable and their prices are reasonable too. Thank you to everyone for making me feel welcomed and confident that you would take care of my vehicle. Looking forward to my next service visit when time comes. Keep up the great job.

Gabriel and Gaby were absolutely the best part of our experience at Midas. Gaby's warm welcome alleviated some of the stress of our car trouble, while on our way back from vacation. We were 200 miles from home and it was nice to have the assurance, that we were in good hands. Although we had to stay in town for a couple of days to sort out everything, we felt comfortable with our communication regarding the repair of our vehicle (Suburban). Gabriel was the specialist who took the time to investigate and propose a fair price for us. His patience and understanding of our dire situation, allowed us to have some peace of mind, that were in good hands. It's been nearly a month and we havent had any issues with our vehicle, thus far. Great customer service all the time. Gabby the front office representative is truly helpful. She make sure my services and customer task are handled properly. Her customer service skills are unmatched. She set up reminders for future appointments, and really go above and beyond. Thank you.

I went here for an oil change because it was much cheaper than Jiffy or Valvoline. Gabby assisted me and she is GREAT! She let me know I needed new tires (I knew that) and was not pushy. She gave me an estimate and let me know of a sale they were having for the next month. I returned 3 weeks later and realized the total cost was more than expected. They were nice enough to deduct $100 off. I received 4 new tires at the same cost as Costco. I highly recommend this location and give a shout out to Gabby. She is knowledgeable and is not pushy.

My SUV was overheating and I was able to cruise right into Midas and have them check it out for me. They were super friendly and made sure I was good. I was stuck there over night in Victorville on my way to San Diego and the woman at the front desk was THE BEST. Thank you :)
