I have brought my Suburban to Mike and his team at Midas Warrenton several times this year, mostly for maintenance and service. ALWAYS honest, fair, caring. Today I had to have the car towed here, so it was stressful. But this is the only mechanic I really trust for honesty. I am always supported here and treated with kindness. And best, the mechanics know their stuff!! And always responsive, reliable and reasonable. I really appreciate them so much. Thank you, thank you!!

Took my vehicle in for a simple inspection and they basically ended up telling me to sell the car because it was too "junky" to be on the road. I could hear their inspector, Ryan I think, trash talking me and the vehicle behind the little glass window. I guess they dont know people can hear them from the lobby. My car might be old and a little rough around the edges but thats no way to treat a customer. I guess now I know why they always have an empty parking lot and technicians that just stand around bad mouthing customers all day. At least the dealerships are courteous to you even if they're overpriced and overselling.

After going here for many years,I've moved on. The owner always treated me like I was a stupid woman. I had a spark plug that was not firing . When I told him he asked how did I know. I also told him to replace everything and he questioned why I asked for all that to be done. Well the car was 8 or so yrs old and well replace everything liked I told you to do.The last straw was when his "jeep" guy told me my brakes would fail inspection. So when I finally had them replaced he said the car passed inspection before the brakes were done... There were other sad encounters. I knew better than to keep going back. I got tired of his comments being so misogynistic I moved on. When I told him I'd never see him again he was very confused.

I called to schedule an oil change and they were able to take my car a couple of hours later! It was my first visit and I'll definitely be back. Friendly and quick - I was there less than an hour. My concerns and wishes seemed to actually matter, which is uncommon nowadays.
