I had such a great experience at Midas! The staff is really friendly and they actually listen to you, which is a refreshing change from other shops. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone dealing with car troubles. They truly understand your concerns and take everything you say into account.

I had a great experience at Midas today. I took my brother's car there because we thought something was wrong with it, and we noticed an issue on the left rear side. The staff listened carefully to our concerns and were very friendly. They provided us with a printed estimate of the costs to repair the car. I would definitely recommend Midas; their hardworking team genuinely listens to customers, unlike some other shops. They take everything you say into account and work to find solutions to your problems.

Tires Plus replaced my driveshaft and put the wrong size in. Midas spotted the issue right away and replaced it free of charge - this time, the correct one! I am so appreciative and thankful and happy. Kenny and his sons were sweet and had great senses of humor - they made me feel comfortable and more than just “another customer.” I would and will recommend them to anyone I know that is having vehicle issues. I hope someday they eventually figure out where that cricket is coming from! 😆

They saved me, and my car that was sitting in another shop for 9 days with no attention. They got me in right away when I asked. And they were very straightforward about everything the car needed, and why it kept shorting out on me. I love this place. And matthew. And whoever fixed my car. They're all great.

This place was great when Kenny was running the show, but now that he's stepped back and let his son take over, ther service and quality of work has gone downhill. Ive had to take my vehicle back numerous times for the same issue that they supposedly "fixed'... after waiting around all day for them to call and say the car was done. One time they called and said I can take it home and that I should bring it back the next day because they "didn't have time to get to it". Umm.. I had an appointment scheduled for them to fix my car, does that mean nothing? What was the point of an appointment? Needless to say I'll take my business elsewhere. I do NOT suggest this place to anyone!
