Today I got conned! So I go in there for a oil change and a emissions test. I paid the $20 up front and she gave me a piece of paper to sign me being careful. I Was about to read it before I signed it? And she told me, you don't have to read it. This is just for your emissions. If you don't have a check engine light or a missing Cadillac converter.you should be all good,I told her I like to read everything before I sign it. She assured me. It was just for emissions so I signed it and sat down,There was only 2 people there. After 2 minutes of sitting, they pulled my car in, but didnt didn't start Working on it for 15 min they Answered phones walked around, and then another person came in for the same thing, and they were in and out before me. I asked the girl, why was he done before me.I'

Rich , Emory and Cal all of these three gentlemen made this experience the best experience possible for me . I had a horrible experience years ago, but decided to come back because I heard it has changed and boy has it changed . I was greeted once I walked in the door . And my car could be difficult sometimes, but they made it very easy and help me through the whole process . They were honest, straightforward, and very friendly . I thank you again for the great experience and I recommend everybody to bring their car there if they are looking for honest and fair priced work to be done on their car . Fantastic group of people. Had a 7:30 AM appointment on a Friday. They took me in at 7:28 AM. My car was in the bay by 7:35. My car was ready to go by 8:04 AM. Great, quick, and easy. 100% will come back and do recommend.

My CRv sounded like a 747 and Midas took care of my muffler, now it sounds like a purring cat. Services was “fantastic” from the front desk to the repair area. I was shown and explained the problem from a very pleasant front desk. Decided to get oil change while I was there. I will definitely return when needed. Thanks Midas WH

Shoutout this Midas location! I got a flat in town and their worker Louie saw me struggling to change the tire myself and he came over to the parking lot next door and said to bring the car over so they can help me. He wasn’t even in the clock he was leaving work. So kind! And then the service team and the woman at the front desk were so nice. They didn’t charge me for the help and were very nice to me. If they would help me for free I can only imagine their services are incredible. Thank you to everyone at the West Hartford Midas! ❤️
