Russell and the whole crew there at Midas, our fantastic. When I went in for my oil change today, he had my paperwork ready for me when I came in I was literally in and out in no time. Russell chat with me about my next visit and what to expect with my next oil change then I was off for the rest of my day.

The shield of my car had cracked and was beginning to break off, dragging across the roads as I drove. I was on a serious time crunch but Anthony and Russell really pulled through. One came out into the cold to check out the damage and immediately agreed to take me in! The service was done diligently and efficiently; I left within 10-15 minutes of arriving. I’m extremely grateful for them!

Russell Lee was my Service Advisor, and he was excellent! Excellent customer service! He was so kind and helpful, and explained everything thoroughly. He was also extremely efficient and clearly skilled at what he does. He called as soon as the inspection was done, and the work was completed in a timely manner. Honest and reliable auto repair. They offer transparent pricing, and let me tell you it’s great prices you can’t beat certified technicians, and mind you this was my first time I could only imagine how their regular customers enjoy this place. They got coffee machine cold drinks seriously I can’t recommend enough of this place.
