Midas

I went there at 7:30am today with a tire that needed a plug. I'd taken the tire off the car myself. Ed took me right in, and 5 minutes later I was out the door with a repaired tire. Could ask for any better service. I get all my routine brake, oil and tire services at Midas. Nice people, good work, and convenient. thanks Ed!!

Had a great experience getting my vehicle inspected. The front desk lady was friendly and the team was efficient in the inspection. The waiting area was clean and the tv wasn’t blaring offense garbage. Thank you Westerly Midas! Great job today.

I use this facility for all my oil changes. Today I sat, watched and listened as each technician took care of a number of customers. The service was outstanding. The technicians were all courteous, patient and knowledgeable. Most of all I felt they were honest. Each customer was well taken care of (including me) at reasonable prices and extremely fast service. Two customers who came in with issues regarding their cars were told they would be able to help fix the issues that very same day. I was impressed and would recommend them to anyone for any reason.

I still remember when she first started working there! Over the years, I’ve brought many different cars — from Porsche to several BMWs and Lexuses — and the team at Midas has always been honest, reliable, and highly professional. Years ago, I took my Lexus to a Toyota dealer who told me I needed both front and rear brakes replaced. I brought the car to Midas for a second opinion, and Mike told me only the front brakes needed replacing — saving me a few hundred dollars.
