I am extremely happy with the service I was provided with by the staff at Midas. The staff is professional and personable. The pricing was affordable and the work done on my car was done in a timely manner. The whole staff was honest and kind. And had 4 tires on my car quicker than I thought it was possible. This shop is truly top-tier. The repairs are efficient, prompt, and done right the first time. The mechanic is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything clearly. And Sherri at the front desk is the glue that makes it all come together professional, welcoming, and on top of every detail. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend!

Midas in Westland off Wayne Rd. Is the best. Without any issues they committed to replace my brakes and it was achieved. I needed front brakes before going into work that evening and my window was very tight and Midas came through like a champ and I was able to be back safely on the road and on time to work. The whole Customer Service experience was wonderful. The staff were very friendly and kind. No stress involved, just a wonderful experience in my stressful situation. Love them! Went in at past 4pm when they close at 5pm on Saturday, asked if they could look at my tire because it randomly went flat, thought it was a nail in the tread it wasn’t, unfortunately needed a new tire, they were super nice and polite, put the spare on for me because I wasn’t sure what I wanted to do. They were all very friendly and kind and extremely professional people, even gave me coupons for an oil change. Will definitely be back for a tire and service work in the near future!
