Midas

The customer service is amazing! We took our car here to get an inspection for registration. They were prompt, professional and thorough. Then a few days later we had an unexpected glitch in our car and called to have it looked at. We were completely satisfied with the quick service, the friendly atmosphere and we were back on the road in no time! I highly recommend this Midas shop! We will be going to this store for all of our car needs! You should too!

I had a great experience! As a female I'm always worried about getting ripped off at an auto place, but Midas was absolutely wonderful! The guy at the front desk was great, explained everything about pricing, the oil change was very fair priced. They also rotated my tires and looked over my entire car to make sure everything was looking okay. I will certainly be coming back! Also the service was very quick, I didn't waste any time at all! Thanks Midas!

The employees at this Midas are clueless. First, the quoted me an absurd price for the work that was needed, up-charging all parts and labor fees needed for the job to be done. I found the parts online for $150-200 cheaper than what they quoted me. Further, i took my vehicle to a different shop and upon completing their analysis as well as reviewing the quote from Midas, the two parts that needed to be "replaced immediately" we both 1) in working order and 2) were not the problem at all. The problem was another piece in the braking system. Even more, the shop i went to, Superior Auto & Tire, were much more friendly, did not try to up sell me and charged way less than the overrated and overall disgruntled employees at Midas. Never go here!

Just left Midas off of Princess place. NEVER go there for any type of service. I went in today because I had a front light replaced by them a couple of weeks ago and the light went out a few days after the it had been replaced. The manager told me that the technician who had replaced the light didn't know to not touch the led light or it would pop... I'm not a mechanic and I know that! They agreed to replace it for free. While I was there I asked for an oil change and tire rotation... Waited there for a couple of hours while they did the maintenance. When I left, I drove maybe a couple of blocks, noticing something was very off with my tires... Felt like my truck was about to fall apart. I turned around and parked the truck in front of the garage and told them what I had noticed. They star

new to the area so decided to read a few reviews on the local repair shops. decided to go here because i have used Midas in the past. after reading the reviews and keeping in mind that bad things happen to good people i went in for service. i was literally blown away by the friendly staff and attention to detail as they serviced my car. they told me up front what they would be doing and followed through with that. they took me out to my car and showed me what was going on with needed repairs. its been a few days since the repairs and i have not had any issues whatsoever!! Jesse the store manager is awesome to work with and his guys in the back definitely know how to fix cars!! great experience all around and highly recommend them to anybody!!
