Went in for service. All staff members were really great. Great communications, very knowledgeable and very honest. Went above and beyond for my vehicle. The best customer service I have ever received. They explained everything in details where I could understand. From first step in the center and being greeted warmly to every step of the process in getting my car repaired , all the way to the end in payment everything was professional and personable. I highly recommend and will be coming back for any future vehicle needs. Just really good people and excellent service.

I had an excellent experience at the Woodbridge Midas and want to recognize Amy Cooper, the shop manager, and Jason at the front desk. From my first phone call, Amy was extremely pleasant and genuinely focused on helping. When I arrived, she made sure she fully understood what I needed and immediately went to work. My car has Brembo brakes, which weren’t in stock, but instead of delaying the job, Amy tracked down the exact pads and rotors I wanted and personally went to pick them up so my brakes could be done the same day. She also made sure there was a solid backup plan in place so nothing was delayed. That level of effort and ownership is rare. Jason was outstanding as well. I had such a great experience with the team at **Midas**! I came in for a simple oil change and the mechanic (didn’t catch his name, but he was amazing!) immediately noticed an oil leak. He took the time to walk me out to my car, show me exactly what was going on, and explain what needed to be done. Amy talked me through all my options — no pressure, just straight knowledge and professionalism. She was super thorough and made sure I understood every step before moving forward. When I came back for the repairs, there were some delays with the parts delivery that turned a quick one-hour job into about five. I had an amazing experience at Woodbridge Midas. I was on a long trip and had two flat tires. Every interaction I had with the staff was excellent and they went above and beyond to take care of me. I thought my trip was ruined and they had me back on the road within an hour and a half. It was incredible and I am forever grateful. Everyone was amazingly kind and the pricing was very reasonable. For 2 days Amy provided me with exceptional customer service. On the phone and in person. She was authentic in her greeting and very patient with me. Anthony was a great service technician as well. Overall, it was a great experience. I highly recommend them. Keep up the great work guys.
