I am writing this review after losing my father in a motorcycle accident. During the most difficult time of my life, this impound lot made an already unbearable situation worse. When I first called after the accident, I spoke with two staff members who assured me that there would be no storage charges because my father had died in the accident. During my grief, this was one small relief - knowing I wouldn't have to worry about accumulating storage costs while dealing with funeral arrangements and everything else that comes with sudden loss. However, I just discovered through the insurance company that this business charged the maximum allowable fee in Georgia. When I called to ask about this contradiction, I spoke with the same man and woman who had originally promised no storage charges.

Great company. Came out over 3 hours away to get us back to the shop. Super nice guy. Highly recommend.
