Horrible experience all around. I didn’t choose this business. I had to use them when my car was towed from the accident scene. After searching for my car it was located at this facility. Customer service was lacking the place is dirty and doesn’t even have a office! When I went to get my belongings from my car Yolanda stood over us watching as if I could steel the damaged car. On top of that not only did I have to sign over the title I had to pay for the tow!!!! Never again.

I am so upset with this place. My nephew had a car accident and police called this rip off towing company. They charged me $485 for one tow. In the breakdown of that they said it was for the tow, labor, yard and street cleaning fee which i find completely absurd. The tow rate should have included all labor for the tow and then the additional $35 per day storage fee should have covered tbe yard fee they charged in addition to all this. They also charged me $35 a day for days they were closed and i was unable to retrieve the vehicle. They also never informed me that i never even had to pay this erroneous charges and i could have just left the car there and brought them the title so they could junk the car. I would not trust these people EVER. AND THEY DONT EVEN ACCEPT A CREDIT CARD!!

I’ve used this Body Shop for both Business vehicles and personal vehicles. Every time they’ve done a fabulous job. I will continue to use this Body Shop and I recommend them.
