Needed a complete tune up, and front end fixed mainly right side, i work to much to fix the stuff myself, my woman knew of this guy and so i went with it, long story short $1700 dollar bill for replaced “spark plugs” that was it for the “tune up” supposedly a bunch of front end parts, and an alignment i was charged for but he could not provide us with that service and needed to take it elsewhere to get it done for us. No receipt for the alignment done at a different shop. Not even a week after driving the car again it was making all the same noises and nothing feels different. And a tune up consists of wires coil packs plugs. Only thing listed on invoice was “spark plugs” and parts for the front end “replaced” instead of using that 1700 on my new born or 2 year old i got scammed $1700 doll

We have a lot of miles on our cars so the occasional issue does arise. Since I'm not mechanically inclined, I usually have no idea what needs to be done to fix the problem. He clearly explained his diagnosis, and recommendation, looked the parts up right in front of me, gave me a fair total, a fast timetable, and did a fantastic job solving the problem. He's a small business owner who understands the importance of great customer service. We won't be taking our cars anywhere else.
