I scheduled my car for an oil change and let them know there was vibration when breaking. They said they would look at the breaks. My husband paid a bill of $635 for an oil change, battery and "diagnostic". The diagnostic fee was $150. My husband was also told we needed breaks. I called them once I saw the charge and asked what happened and why so much money. They were so confused. He admitted to not needing to do a diagnostic test for breaks, and gave me HALF back. Then amongst them telling me that they didn't need to do the diagnostic check for breaks, he told me the breaks dont need to be replaced and wasnt sure why I was told that. They said it wa shaking due to too much air in our tires......our car still shakes terribly when breaking. We are done with business there!!

I guess if you want the truth about this place, here we go! At first I thought it was a great place. They send you a message to have communication with you. The only thing, they don’t use it. I had to have my motor replaced. No communication until it was done. It took a month. I get it back and it has an exhaust leak. I also don’t have control of my heating. Basically, no defrost or floor heat. Then they have it another week. It was scheduled. I am beyond frustrated by this point. Again, no contact. To pick it up again and I owe another $430 on top of the $5300. Again no warning, no communication. Just frustrated and feel like I got taken advantage of. I don’t recommend using this shop but like all the reviews, it’s just my experience.

Everyone that I had contact with at midlands were nice and helpful. So far repairs seem to be good. Only complaint is I felt the communication I received from midlands concerning my vehicle was lacking and could have been better.

Had a rear differential changed in my truck did it in a timely matter and wasn't over priced for the amount of work that was done would definitely recommend to family and friends
