I can't believe I have to share this! Really NICE customer service but their diagnostic was SO OFF I think I was being scammed out of $6k for a new transmission. HERES WHAT HAPPENNED: - Scheduled maintenance for a recall, drop it off at 8am and mention the other issues I would like to get checked out (rattling under steering wheel). They called back and said "well let's see how good your car vocabulary is" and proceeded to essentially say that the transmission was 'overfilled' and there were 'metal shavings' so that I would need to get the entire trans replaced for over 6000 dollars. They didn't even finish the recall maintenance that day. - We went back and forth between management because we thought our warranty would cover it, but they didn't want their own shop (VW) to be paying the co

They swapped the position of my tires. My front tires were in the back and the back in the front. Really unnecessary. Now the ones with less tread are in the front and I'll have to take it somewhere to change them back. Also, waiting area only had coffee and no water. The last thing is that my consultant left and the one that stayed said my car was ready for a while and nobody had called me.
