I called scheduled appointment and asked for what documentation I need to bring. Came here to get CON and COA. I told the check in supervisor that I didn’t have passport and I asked if that’s needed. To change the name and address? “No”. Then I get to Marquita who had told me I am a permanent resident. I said no that’s incorrect I’m a citizen, I brought the neutralization and your colleague said he confirmed seeing that. “No honey you’re a resident. Not a citizen.” I’m sorry that’s just awfully rude and disrespectful, your job is to enter my information as provided not as opinionated. Her colleague then lied about seeing my passport which I told him I didn’t bring within first two sentences after hello. Incompetence seems to run this place. Save time at Orland park dmv. 0/5 ⭐️

My experience was very positive! I booked a same day appointment, arrived on time, and brought all required documents for Real ID (double checked requirements against D.L. renewal mail insert and website.) I moved through several stations (general document check where I also received my customer number, new photo, verification of documentation along with Q&A, & vision test, cashier, & check-out.) There are chairs available for use as you wait for your turn at the majority of stations. ☆Every staff member including security encountered was polite and professional, with the majority being extremely friendly. - I will admit I was dreading going there after a friend had her wallet stolen there a few weeks prior. Renewed my plate sticker in less than 10 minutes! Friendly staff including the front door security person who directed me to the correct line. Cashiers were friendly, and provided information about senior services for my mom. Very enjoyable experience. In and out in less than 10 minutes.

I wanted to give 5 stars to Jacob who is taking pictures for drivers license. It is amazing how 1 positive person can change someone’s day and the whole DMV experience. He smiled, was polite, positive, efficient, fast. Only a minute of interaction with him charged me with positivity for the whole day! Thank you, Jacob for being an amazing human being and a great professional !

This facility isone of the best to go to. The staff is friendly and efficient. They will get you in and out in a timely manner, without being there all day. It's best to make an appointment.
