Anas provided excellent customer service during my recent rental with Midway Car Rental while my car was being repaired. He was friendly, professional, and very efficient throughout the process. Renting a car when I have to leave my vehicle at the repair shop is usually stressful, but he made everything simple and quick. Midway is always my go to when I need a rental. The online reservation process is super user friendly and their care rental prices are competitive. But, what is most outstanding are the team members. They are courteous, professional, and the office has a positive atmosphere. I was especially appreciative of Branch Manager Ignacio Rangel, who helped while I was renting a vehicle to attend my father's funeral. His kindness eased the moment a little and for that I am grateful.
